FAQs

Thank you for taking an interest in working with me. If you have additional questions please contact me by clicking here.

  • I work with adults and couples who want to explore themselves on a deeper level. I help clients heal childhood trauma and family dysfunction, and together we look at how these experiences continue to impact your life and relationships today. Many clients come to me feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or struggling in their relationships, and we work to uncover patterns and create lasting change.

  • You can reach out through my contact form or call me directly at 720-231-2459. I offer a 20-minute consultation to answer any questions and help you decide if I am the right therapist for you. My goal is for you to feel supported before we even begin.

  • I am passionate about my work and have been a therapist for 33 years. I am trauma-trained and specialize in inner child work because I believe our early experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I have also done my own healing work, which has made me a more compassionate and effective therapist. I combine this experience with years of professional practice to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore yourself fully and move toward meaningful transformation.

  • Therapy may be right for you if you find yourself repeating patterns, not feeling good, and not understanding why. You don’t need to have all the answers — you just need the willingness to explore yourself. I work with you to identify what is holding you back and support you in moving toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I will ask about your past experiences, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions so you can decide if my approach feels like the right fit for you. Together, we create a warm, safe space to begin your healing journey.

  • Everyone’s journey is unique. Some clients notice meaningful changes within a few months, while others choose longer-term work. I offer 50-minute sessions and 110-minute sessions for those who want more time to dive deeper. Together, we decide the pace and frequency that best supports your growth.

  • My standard rate is $200 for a 50-minute session, for both individual and couples therapy. Longer sessions, such as 110 minutes, are also available. I do not take insurance, but I provide receipts that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. I see therapy as an investment in your healing, growth, and relationships.

  • Yes. I offer both in-person and secure telehealth sessions. Whether we meet in my office or online, I work to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and flexible to your needs.

  • Yes. I help couples see how their family of origin shapes patterns in their current relationship. Often, couples are unaware of these influences and are not fighting about what they think they are. I guide you in understanding these hidden dynamics, improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening intimacy. My focus is on helping both partners feel heard and supported so the relationship can grow in a meaningful way.

  • Yes. Ketamine can be a powerful ally in therapy, but only when it’s used with care and intention. In my practice, ketamine is never a starting point or a stand-alone treatment. We begin with traditional therapy, building trust and a clear sense of your goals. When the time feels right, ketamine may be thoughtfully integrated as part of the process. In low sublingual doses, ketamine can soften defenses and open access to experiences that are often difficult to reach in everyday talk therapy—such as unresolved childhood trauma and long-standing emotional patterns. Because we work together during the session, these openings are supported, explored, and grounded in therapeutic work, not left for you to process on your own.

This is not about quick fixes. Ketamine-assisted therapy is a slower, deeper journey that unfolds over time. With patience and commitment, it can support nervous system repair, help release entrenched patterns, and create space for lasting change.
