Healing begins with telling the truth.
This is not quick-fix therapy. I work with people who are ready to go beyond surface solutions — to face their pain, unravel old patterns, and reclaim the parts of themselves that got lost along the way.
In our work together, we’ll look closely at how your past — especially your earliest relationships — still shapes your self-worth, your choices, and your ability to connect with others. We’ll gently uncover and tend to the wounded parts of you, strengthen your capacity to feel and express emotions, and build a more grounded, authentic relationship with yourself.
I’ve walked this path personally, and I know how scary it can be to turn toward the past. I also know how liberating it is to finally step out of the old story and feel fully alive in your own life.
Individual Counseling
We don’t just fix communication — we change what’s underneath.
Most couples come in thinking they have a “communication problem.” But the real work begins when we get underneath the surface — to the attachment wounds, protective defenses, and childhood dynamics that shape how you relate to one another.
I help couples go beyond skills training to heal the emotional injuries that keep love stuck. You’ll learn how to stay with discomfort, speak with vulnerability, and actually repair — not just move on. This work is intense, courageous, and transformational.
If you’re both committed, I’ll meet you with directness, compassion, and a map for real change.
Couples Counseling
My approach to ketamine work is different from what you’ll find at many clinics. Rather than offering ketamine as a stand-alone service, I see it as part of a continuum of therapy.
We begin with traditional sessions—taking time to build trust, understand your history, and establish a clear direction for your healing. Only when the groundwork is in place, and if it feels right for your goals, do we thoughtfully bring ketamine into the process.
In a therapeutic setting, low-dose sublingual ketamine can gently quiet defenses and open pathways to experiences that are often hidden or difficult to approach in everyday talk therapy. This creates the opportunity to touch on early trauma and long-held patterns in a way that feels safer and more accessible.
At the same time, ketamine can support the nervous system in finding more regulation and resilience, helping you feel grounded as you explore deeper layers of yourself.
This is not quick work. The medicine is not meant to speed things up, but to allow the therapy to sink further in—helping you process material that may have felt unreachable before. Each session builds on the last, and the integration that follows is just as important as the medicine itself.
